Youth Church

(Includes Small Groups)

We are excited to be meeting in our new church building at Jannali Anglican (85 Wattle Road, Jannali).

The following guidelines have been supplied by Youthworks on Feb 23, 2022.

Youth and children’s gatherings can be run on church property, in homes or outdoors with no density limits.

Children’s and youth gatherings are open to all regardless of vaccination status.

Vaccination of leaders is not required by law.

From Friday 25th Feb, Children and Youth over 12 as well as leaders are no longer required to wear masks indoors, including while singing.

Wearing of masks is encouraged where social distancing is not possible.

Children’s and youth programs should utilise outdoor settings where possible and increase ventilation indoors where possible by opening windows or through other means.

COVID-19 Safe Check-in is not required at youth and children’s ministry gatherings. Usual procedures for taking attendance should be followed.

Youth Church comprises a 50 minute service filled with interaction that is great for those in high school. It starts at 4pm every Sunday of the year, regardless of holidays.

We then move into small groups where the Bible is opened and discussed. There is also prayer and encouragement in the small groups.

SNAC is a $6 meal that follows Youth Church and Discussion Groups each Sunday during school term from 5.20pm to 5.45pm. There are a range of menu items that we have throughout the term. These include Pizza, Mexican, Pasta, Burgers, Indian, Asian, Hot Dogs and so on. Special diets are catered for.
