Who are we?
The Jannali Board Games Group is a casual, social group open to anyone from any service and any age to come together and play some board games for fun and fellowship.
If you:
• enjoy a casual board game
• are interested in learning some new games
• an enthusiast, or
• just want to meet some new people
The Jannali Board Game nights are for you.
We get together roughly every five weeks to play games on Saturday night in the Church Hall from 7:15pm.
• New players are welcome.
• No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
• All games will be taught/explained in a friendly environment – you’re not going to get into trouble by making the ‘wrong’ move or taking too long.
• There’s a wide range of games, complexities and mechanics available to choose from, or bring a game you’d like to play.
• Board Games nights are FREE.
• Please bring your own snacks and drinks (No alcohol or nuts of any kind as per Church policy).
• All ages are welcome (under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
What to expect
A typical night will proceed as follows:
• Arrive around 7:15pm
• We work out numbers and decide which games to play and split into tables.
• Swap tables, people and games and play again.
• Repeat until finishing up around 10:30-11pm.
• Stay for as long or as little as you like.
